Hi, I’m Tara. Equal parts strategy technician and leader of teams, I’m a realist idealist. I believe in holistic brand experiences fueled by interaction, not interruption.

Currently serving as VP of Strategy at ThreeSixtyEight.

I’m a realist idealist.

I see what is and what can be.

Never satisfied with the status quo, I’m unafraid to look a complex situation in the eye and work through it.

I exist to help people realize a future they couldn’t see alone.

As a leader:

This looks like equipping my team with the resources, structure, and support to do their best work without fear. I contribute to our collective growth by relentlessly pursuing balance: between my own convictions and an open mind that values other perspectives; between our business and human realities; between where we are now and where we aim to be.

As a strategist:

I empower my clients with the insight to see their life’s work in new light through deep questioning, active listening, and lateral thinking. Reading between the lines, there is always clarity to be found in chaos. Uncovering this clarity is a strength that I bring to my team and that my team of strategists brings to all working relationships.

As a human:

My title is Vice President of Strategy. But I am many things. Wife, friend, leader, 2w1, weirdo, teammate, coach, advocate, queer, explorer, thinker, baker, dreamer, Type 2 fun enthusiast, fueled by nature. I strive for moments of intentional gratitude and presence in our noisy, distracted world.

From my sunroom studio in the native land of the Ute and Cheyenne people, I lead a distributed team working on projects with measurable impact.
