As Ochsner Health’s innovation partner, we created and launched the world’s first InnovationHub, Ochsner’s groundbreaking out-of-clinic brand activation.

Ochsner Health is a leader in the regional market with its sights set on changing the way we all experience healthcare. In 2018, Ochsner appointed our team to seek out new and innovative ways to connect with the community. This exploration produced a vision for the Innovation Hub: a brand experience that would connect Ochsner with consumers in physical spaces outside of traditional clinical settings. By approaching the market in unexpected places, Ochsner would be able to join conversations that have been previously unreachable by healthcare systems. In these new conversations, we looked for ways to humanize the Ochsner brand while providing value to the prospective patient and strengthening Ochsner's position as a trusted community partner and health innovator.
Using bleeding-edge technology that has never before been seen, we planted Ochsner in the middle of New Orleans’ most trafficked mall. Instead of typical medical messaging, we fabricated first-ever interactive technologies, games, and experiences that invited shoppers to play and have fun. Our “InnovationHub” experience reinforces Ochsner’s reputation as a leading healthcare innovation partner in the Gulf South and strengthens community and patient relationships.
